The manufacturer will not be held responsible for any errors on the cutting bill or should the incorrect ma-terial have been ordered. Orders are cut to size therefore we are unable to accept returns
It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand the different guarantee/warranties on the quot-ed product/material and know what material is best suited for the area the project is being developed in
With regard to projects, the same type of material should be used throughout the project as the fading will differ between different materials over time. Please note, the spelter on galvanised material can differ from supplier to supplier
All deliveries are to be checked by the customer at the time of delivery and any defect or damaged material must be noted in writing on the delivery note and/or the sales representative is to be immediately notified of such damage
Full payment is required for cash orders, prior to production

WARRANTY
Please note that the products we supply have different warranties which are supplied by our respective coil suppliers. Some products do not have any warranties, please ensure the product you are purchasing has a warranty or not. We would provide assistance where we can should you wish to enforce the warranty of the specific supplier, however we do not take any responsibility for these warranties. Please discuss the difference in warranties with your sales representative if unsure. It remains the client’s responsibility to make sure they have purchased the correct material for the environment and according to the correct specification.
